REAL-TIME AND FORECAST WEATHER INFORMATION
NCAR's Research Applications Program has a nice real-time weather website. Another good site is the National Weather Service Interactive Weather Information Network.
HISTORICAL WEATHER INFORMATION FOR YOUR LOCAL AREA
If you are looking for local weather information, such as what the temperature was on a particular date or when the last hailstorm occurred, you might try contacting the National Weather Service office that covers the area of interest. The National Weather Service's website contains links to all of its offices.
