Regrouped pbl Files

The pbl files are construct using the following rule:
  Extracting all GRIB records have level value of 116 from the original daily GRIB files

Details about pbl files:

• Sample Data: regrouped 3hrly NARR data
• Data Volume: about 45 MB/day (10% of 466 MB/day of original daily files on 19790101)
• Variable List: pbl files, updated on Mar 31, 2005.
• On-line Archive: web download
