Regrouped clm Files

The clm files are construct using the following rule:
  Extracting all GRIB records have 'clm' in variable names from the original daily GRIB files

Details about clm files:

• Sample Data: regrouped 3hrly NARR data
• Data Volume: about 16 MB/day (3% of 466 MB/day of original daily files on 19790101)
• Variable List: clm files, updated on Mar 31, 2005.
• On-line Archive: web download
