Regrouped 3D Files

The 3D files are construct using the following rule:
  Extracting all GRIB records at level 100 from the original daily GRIB files

Details about 3D files:

• Sample Data: regrouped 3hrly NARR data
• Data Volume: about 269 MB/day (58% of 466 MB/day of original daily files on 19790101)
• Variable List: 3D files
• On-line Archive: web download
