The files in this tar file will allow the user to plot tephigrams or Skew-T
log p diagrams.  You'll have to study the input routine to see how a sample file
is set up.  Yes I know this is bad form (!) but I wrote these a few years ago
and long since lost any files I had.

The program to compile and run is in PLOTTEPH.F.

Be sure to read the file metquiz.dat!
