Each of these yearly files contains a version of the USAF Station Library
for that year, and for recent years, the year filename has a version
suffix for within that year.

WMO numbers are reassigned as stations open, close, or relocate, although
relocations have been done without changing the number.  When looking up a
station, it is best to use a version that is chronologically closest to
the period of interest.

The combined file includes the combination of all files from 1994 on, sorted
by station number and with duplicate lines eliminated,
