GARP Global Upper Air and Surface Obervations for June 1970

This Global Atmospheric Research Programme (GARP) dataset
was compiled from observations received operationally at the
National Meteorological Center (NMC) and the Environmental
Technical Applications Center (ETAC), from teletype-punched
cards, and from special mailed in reports. Data for June 1970
include global upper air and surface observations from land
stations, global surface marine data, and global aircraft
reports.
