Two combinations of WMO Identifier and callsign

The average (mean) temperature for the specified
month. Mean is computed from all paired daily
maximum and minimum temperatures for the specified
month. b999.9 = missing mean temperature.
Range b-99.9 to b199.9 degrees Celcius.
8. NMBR-PAIRED-MAX/MIN Characters 40-41 I2
TEMPS The number of paired maximum and minimum temperatures
from which the mean was computed. If 28 days had
