FORTRAN program which provides printouts of observations and station report
counts. Interactive prompts enable user to configure their data selections
and provide a little control of the output. May require some modification
to execute on a given system. Designed to read files with linefeed delimited
records, such as the output from UNIX "folding".

FORTRAN program which emulates the UNIX fold command, and overcomes
some problems which the UNIX fold has with certain special characters.
