is sometimes a little out of sort, and is missing more frequently.
<font size=2.0><font color="red" >WARNING</font>, watch out for date/time anachronisms.  The observation times
recorded in the individual reports may differ from their synoptic file date/time.  Typically
the difference is just up to one half of the time interval between synoptic times, but
in 0Z synoptic files such times as 22Z will belong to the previous date.  Consider making
time checks.</font>
