The year files in this directory contain, for all data types (ADPUPA, AIRCFT,
SIRSOB, SATWND, UPABOG & AIRCAR) the number of reports received at each
6-hourly analysis time.  Counts of selected sub-types are also shown.  Low and
high counts (criteria developed for the Reanalysis Project) are flagged.
