Grid Orientation

     The orientation of the grid appears to be as such : point (1,1) is
     for the box centered at 29.5N, 99.5W, point (2,1) = 29.5N,98.5W,
     point (160,1) = 29.5N,18.5E point (1,2) = 28.5N,99.5W and
     point (1,60) = 28.5S,99.5W.  The orientation of the grid was
     determined by comparing plots of the data to the atlas listed
     in the documentation sent by Hastenrath.
