U.S.S.R. Various Global and Hemispheric Analyses, 1880-1985
|
|
As part of a data exchange involving climate data, DSS
received various global and hemispheric gridded analyses from
the U.S.S.R. The analyses include a long time series of
Northern Hemisphere surface pressure spanning the period
1880-1979, global total cloud amount for 1966-1985, and surface
temperature, sea-level pressure, and upper-level geopotential
heights for the overarching period of 1948-1984 (actual periods
vary by parameter and atmospheric level).
