Use of ECMWF Data, Signed Statement

ECMWF permits NCAR to provide US scientists, scientists visiting
US organizations, and Canadian scientists affiliated with UCAR
member organizations with certain ECMWF data.  These data must
not be used for commercial purposes.  NCAR has agreed to obtain
signed statements, which include address and affiliation, from
users of their data sets and to send these statements to ECMWF.
Some ECMWF data (such as the FGGE analysis set) are in the public
domain and are not subject to this restriction.

The set you are receiving is subject to this restriction.  To
fulfill this requirement, please read and sign the following
statement:


I agree not to copy the ECMWF data provided by NCAR for the use
of other persons, and I agree that this data will not be used for
commercial purposes.  ECMWF will be given credit in any publica-
tions in which this data is used.  I understand that if other
persons in my organization wish to use this data, they must also
sign this statement.
