<2003JAN02> The compressed tar file PREPBUFR_ds090.0_extract.tar.Z contains code to extract data from NCEP reanalysis PREPBUFR files (e.g. prepqm*), and place the data into simple text files. Follow the instructions in the included README file to compile and execute the code.
