     The Global Synoptic CDROM contains once daily 1000 and 500 mb height
     fields, 850 and 200 mb winds and 500 mb vertical velocity for 1979 -
     1996; and a daily climatology of these fields averaged over 1979 -
     1995.
   * Number of copies of 1948-1998 monthly means CDROM desired _____________
   * Fields on the CDROMs can be easily displayed using GrADS. GrADS
     software for a PC is included on the CD. For other systems see -

Advance payment is required for CDROMS. The cost is $10 for each CDROM. For
each order there is a $10 fee for domestic shipping or a $30 fee for foreign
shipping by FEDEX International delivery. Payment may be made by cash, check,
