- Brief history of events preceding this set:
-   At the beginning of Nov79, the DSS received a tape from Trenberth
-   to which he had applied corrections, which he determined from his
-   investigation of the yr-mo grids. This tape was in error and a
-   replacement was received on 3Dec79. This tape was also in error
-   and a replacement was received on 4feb80.
